OCSE envoy to discuss Karabakh conflict in Tbilisi

PanARMENIAN.Net - The OCSE Minsk Group U.S. Co-chair James Warlick will address the Nagorno Karabakh conflict in Georgia, the mediator said in a tweet.

“Just arrived in Tbilisi and look forward to discussing the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and peace [process],” Warlick tweeted Tuesday, March 8.

Azerbaijani troops initiated a subversive attack on Tuesday, at around 11:20 pm.

Having timely identified the rival groups, Karabakh Defense Army units took retaliatory measures, throwing the saboteurs back to their positions.

No casualties were registered on the Armenian side, with the rival, according to a Karabakh report, having suffered losses.
