  Russia explains what hinders settlement of Karabakh conflict March 28, 2016 - 13:48 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia will continue sparing no effort for the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Zvezda cited a spokesperson for President Vladimir Putin as saying. According to Dmitry Peskov, the situation hasn't been rectified yet, but the process is not stagnant. “We have nothing to boast about, but the only way out is for the mediators [of the OSCE Minsk Group] to create favorable conditions both for Yerevan and Baku,” the spokesman said. Peskov also noted that statements on unreserved position of one of the parties, as well as determination to use force for the settlement of the conflict hinder the process greatly.
