  Armenia to participate in Eurasian Intergovernmental Council session April 12, 2016 - 13:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan will leave for the Russian capital Moscow on April 12-13, to participate in the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council session. Abrahamyan will meet with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev on the sidelines of the event, Armenia's government said in a press release.
