 Top military commanders to gather in Armenia to enhance army capability April 25, 2016 - 12:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Major-General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan’s initiative of consolidating top Armenian military commanders and experts will be launched by the end of April. No exact date has been announced, Armtimes cited Ter-Tadevosyan as saying. According to the military commander, technical preparations are currently underway. The Major-General aims to involve military experts in the process of educating young people who want to join the Armenian Armed Forces. Ter-Tadevosyan said that a number of veterans have already joined the initiative, but “it’s time to select those who can make a certain contribution to this cause,” he said.
