Azerbaijan fires 550 artillery shells overnight on Apr 27

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan’s artillery shelling of Nagorno Karabakh positions that began on April 26, continued overnight on April 27.

The Azerbaijani side fired 550 shells towards the Karabakh positions and civilian settlements using almost every type of artillery assets it possesses, including mortars, cannons, as well as MM-21 (Grad) multiple rocket launchers.

In the course of the rival’s aggressive actions, a Karabakh soldier, Hayk Minasyan (b. 1996) was lethally wounded.

To suppress Azerbaijan’s aggression, the Nagorno Karabakh frontline units carried out targeted strikes, causing major manpower and equipment losses.

As of April 27 morning, the situation is relatively calm along the entire line of contact.
