Karabakh reveals photos of Azeri military objectives in villages (video)![]() ![]() PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh Defense Army on Thursday, April 28 published photos of military objectives, located in and near Azerbaijani settlements. The pictures, in particular, feature the artillery positions in the Azeri villages of Zangishal and Chemenli, situated a few dozen meters away from civilian settlements. According to the statement, all those military objectives are legitimate targets for Karabakh armed forces. The Karabakh Defense Army goes on to stress that the Azerbaijani troops have violated Article 58 of Geneva Convention by establishing military objectives in or near civilian settlements. Karabakh had earlier published footage of Azerbaijan’s bombardment of the village of Mataghis. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
