Vice president of Ecuador’s parliament visits Armenian Genocide memorial

PanARMENIAN.Net - A delegation led by Ecuador's first vice president of the National Assembly Rossana Alvarado on Friday, May 27 visited Tsitsernakaberd Armenian Genocide memorial in Yerevan to honor the memory of the 1.5 million victims of the massacres.

Accompanying the guests was deputy speaker of Armenia’s parliament Eduard Sharmazanov.

As the parliamentary press service reports, they laid flowers at the memorial and paid tribute to the victims with a moment of silence.

Also, the guests visited the Genocide Museum-Institute.
