Baku returns Armenian citizen who crossed border to Azerbaijan![]() August 24, 2016 - 10:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - At 6:00 pm on Tuesday, August 23, Azerbaijani authorities returned Armenian citizen, 61-year-old Henrik Aghekyan who had crossed the border on August 13, Aysor reports. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) had been negotiating Aghekyan’s return from the very beginning. Several days into the Armenian’s detention in Azerbaijan, the ICRC representatives visited him providing information about his family. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
