Armenian, Russian Foreign Ministers talk Karabakh by phone

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian on Wednesday, August 31 discussed with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov the situation in Nagorno Karabakh by phone, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

“During the conversation, they discussed issues of bilateral foreign policy cooperation, as well as the situation in the Nagorno Karabakh settlement,” the statement said.

Lavrov also congratulated Nalbandian on being decorated with Russia’s Order of Friendship.
