The session was chaired by Armenia's permanent representative at the CSTO Davit Virabyan, while the Special Representative and Head of the United Nations Regional Centre for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia, Petko Draganov, as well as the OSCE Director of the Conflict Prevention Centre, Marcel Peṧko, delivered remarks. At the meeting, Draganov and Peṧko weighed in on the activities carried out by their centers, the challenges they face, as well as prospects of cooperation with the CSTO.
