OSCE to monitor Karabakh contact line on January 24January 23, 2017 - 11:20 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE Mission will on Tuesday, January 24 conduct a planned monitoring of the line of contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan, in the north-west of Seysulan village of Martakert region. From the Karabakh Defense Army positions, the monitoring will be conducted by Field Assistants to the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Jiri Aberle (Czech Republic) and Ghenadie Petrica (Moldova).
