Azerbaijan uses firearms, sniper rifles in ceasefire violations overnight

PanARMENIAN.Net - 55 ceasefire violations by Azerbaijan were registered on the contact line with Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) on April 17 and the following night, with more than 640 shots fired from firearms.

According to Artsakh army, Azerbaijan also employed sniper rifles in the eastern and northeastern sections of the contact line.

To suppress the rival's attacks, the Karabakh troops retaliated and continued protecting their positions.

More than 15 ceasefire violations by Azerbaijan were registered the previous night, with around 240 shots fired overall.
