Azerbaijan shells Armenian border during OSCE monitoring

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire during the OSCE monitoring on the state border with Armenia, foreign ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan said in a tweet on Thursday, August 31.

According to Balayan, the incident occurred in Tavush province.

According to some reports, personal representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk was also among the mission members.
