  Bako Sahakyan sworn in as Karabakh president September 7, 2017 - 12:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The inauguration ceremony of the Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) president was held during a special meeting of the National Assembly on Thursday, September 7. Bako Sahakyan took an oath and assumed office for a three-year term. Sahakyan was re-elected the president of Artsakh for a third term on July 19. The National Assembly at an extraordinary session approved Sahakyan’s candidacy with 28 votes in favor, four against and no abstentions.
