1.1 million Armenian citizens visited Georgia in 8 months

PanARMENIAN.Net - In January-August 2017, 1.1 million Armenian citizens visited Georgia, which is 16% more than figures registered in the same period last year, Georgia-Online reports.

During the first eight months of 2017, 5 million foreigners visited Georgia overall, up by 18.9% year-on-year. About a million visitors arrived in the South Caucasus country in August alone.

Azerbaijan is leading by the number of visitors (1.14 million) who traveled to Georgia, with Russia also included in the top three (955.000).
