PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakhsoldier Seyran Sargsyan (b. 1998) was killed in Azerbaijan's fire on Thursday, September 28.

An investigation into the incident is underway.

The Karabakh frontline had been relatively calm over the past several weeks.
