Artsakh provides proof of Baku's use of Spike missile to OSCE

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) defense minister, Defense Army commander Levon Mnatsakanyan provided proof of Azerbaijan's use of Spike anti-tank guided missiles to Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk on Tuesday, October 24.

At the meeting, the two discussed the tense situation on the contact line between Karabakh and Azerbaijan.

Besides the Spike missiles, Mnatsakanyan also presented proof of mortars that were also fired by Azeri forces towards the Armenian positions in Karabakh throughout the previous several days.
