Alexander Lapshin will spend two months in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian-Israeli blogger Alexander Lapshin has arrived in Yerevan, Armenia where he expected to spend two months.

"Landed in Yerevan. Settled in a luxury apartment in the center. Almost 2 months ahead in Armenia and a lot of plans," the blogger said in a Facebook post.

Lapshin was detained in Minsk, Belarus in 2016 and sent to Baku over a visit he took to Nagorno Karabakh earlier. He was then arrested, imprisoned, but was later extradited to Israel.

In Nivember 2018, Russian blogger Ilya Varlamov was denied entry to Azerbaijan but was not offered any explanation over such a decision.
