PanARMENIAN.Net - 30 recruits of the Armenian army have been diagnosed with Covid-19 since the beginning of conscription on July 1, Defense Ministry spokeswoman Shushan Stepanyan told PanARMENIAN.Net

She said the conscripts have been isolated and receiving treatment to join the army later on, with 13 soldiers having already left the disease behind.

Antibody tests are being used to detect active coronavirus cases in the Army, Stepanyan said.

Conscripts who turn out to have the coronavirus antibodies are also tested with PCR tests, she added.
