Azerbaijan shells Stepanakert again, injuring civilianNovember 4, 2020 - 19:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan shelled Stepanakert, the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh, again on Wednesday, November 4, injuring one civilian, the State Service for Emergency Situations reports․ Air raid sirens went off in the city when Azerbaijan used 120-mm mortars to target residential areas and civilian infrastructure. The shelling has also caused a lot of destruction in Stepanakert. Azerbaijan, with help from Turkey and terrorist mercenaries deployed by Ankara, started a war against Karabakh (Artsakh) in the morning of September 27. The Armenian side has reported deaths and injuries both among the civilian population and the military. Foreign and local journalists too have been injured in Azeri shelling of towns and villages.
