  Ex-President Serzh Sargsyan summoned to National Security Service November 11, 2020 - 15:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Third Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has been summoned to the National Security Service, his office said Wednesday, November 11. The former leader is expected at the NSS at 4:00pm on Wednesday. Sargsyan is the chairman of the Republican Party, which is among the 17 political forces organizing a rally against a statement signed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the cessation of hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh.
