Covid-19: Armenia infections grew by 759 in the past day![]() September 17, 2021 - 11:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Armenia grew by 759 to reach 252,082 on Friday, September 17 morning, according to information provided by the Health Ministry. Fresh figures also revealed that 614 more people recovered, 26 patients died from Covid-19, while two others carrying the virus died from other causes in the past 24 hours. A total of 5413 tests have been performed in the past day, the National Center For Disease Control and Prevention said. So far, 235,030 people have recovered, 5101 have died from the coronavirus in the country, while 1185 others carrying the virus have died from other causes. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
