PanARMENIAN.Net - Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan has published footage about the unlawful deployment of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in the immediate vicinity of Armenian villages, as well as their unlawful fortification works.

Due to the "criminal actions and presence" of the Azeri forces, Tatoyan said, an Armenian business is not able to use the 200 hectares of land it has legally obtained, and where two windmills have been built. The damage is estimated at $5 million, he added.

"Moreover, due to the unlawful deployment of Azerbaijan, the civilian population has become a target for the Azeri armed forces. The peaceful life and security of the people are endangered by regular shooting, their right to life is violated, people are deprived of their property rights and the opportunity to earn a living by engaging in agriculture," Tatoyan said in a statement on Wednesday, October 27.

"These facts will be sent to the relevant international agencies, as well as to Armenian state bodies and NGOs for use in their work."
