Armenian lawmakers meet French presidential hopeful Zemmour

PanARMENIAN.Net - The head of the parliament's Armenia-France Friendship Group, Chair of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Vladimir Vardanyan on Monday, December 13 met with the French presidential contender, writer and journalist Éric Zemmour and the former President of the General Council of Vendée and ex-lawmaker Philippe de Villiers, according to information published on the parliament's website.

Member of the Armenia-France Friendship Group Eduard Aghajanyan, Armen Khachatryan and Alkhas Ghazaryan also participated in the meeting.

Vardanyan stressed the importance of the friendly relations between Armenia and France in "a difficult historical period for Armenia and Artsakh" (Nagorno-Karabakh) and expressed satisfaction with unanimous solidarity of French public and political circles in this matter.

During the meeting, issues on the development of the Armenian-French relations were discussed.
