Armenian Catholicos names Patriarchal Delegate to the Balkans

PanARMENIAN.Net - Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II approved the creation of the Patriarchal Delegation of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Balkan countries, according to a kontakion published by the Press Office of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

The delegation in the Balkans includes the Armenian church communities of Albania, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Croatia.

Primate of the Romanian Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church and Vicar of the Bulgarian Armenian Diocese, His Grace Bishop Tatev Hakobyan, has been appointed Patriarchal Delegate to the Balkans.
