Armenia to showcase new military equipment on May 28

PanARMENIAN.Net - New military equipment acquired by Armenia will be presented on May 28 at Republic Square, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said.

He stressed that the event will not be a military parade, but rather a public presentation intended as a form of reporting to citizens, Aysor.am reports.

“A parade is a very delicate matter and could create the impression of deviating from the peace agenda. We are working with international partners, including countries in the region, so that this is not perceived as abandoning the peace agenda,” Pashinyan said.

The prime minister also assured that the display would be impressive for the public.
