Armenia discusses seized assets management office

PanARMENIAN.Net - A discussion on the effective management of confiscated assets was held at the RA Ministry of Justice.

Participants considered the creation of an asset management office to oversee the process.

The meeting focused on developing mechanisms to ensure more efficient handling of seized assets.

Attendees also examined the introduction of specialized management tools and the formation of a unified registry for confiscated property.

It was emphasized that transparency and public oversight must remain central to the process in order to strengthen trust in the system.

Representatives from the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, the State Property Management Committee, and the Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia took part in the meeting.
