Armenia, Iran discuss expanding postal ties

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s Ambassador to Iran, Grigor Hakobyan, discussed the expansion of cooperation between the Armenian and Iranian postal services during a meeting with Mohammad Ahmadi, Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology of Iran and Chief Executive Officer of the country’s national postal company.

The discussions also covered the improvement of logistics infrastructure and issues related to facilitating trade and economic relations between the two countries.

The sides emphasized the importance of deepening postal connectivity and strengthening practical cooperation.

In this context, they highlighted the need to take concrete steps toward implementing the provisions of the memorandum of understanding signed in 2025 between HayPost and Iran’s National Post Company.
