"Under the circumstances, Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh's security as well as Heritage party's existence is jeopardized. Moreover, our opposition does not have a common stand on the process," he told a news conference today. "Taking into account all these facts, I have reconsidered my approach and decided that my principal participation would be more correct than my principal absence in the Armenian political life," he said. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
