VivaCell-MTS to gift a book of Genocide witnesses memoirs to AGMI![]() April 20, 2010 - 13:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - VivaCell-MTS staff members together with their colleagues from OSCE and other international organizations volunteered in a big tree planting event at Tsitsernakaberd. The tree planting is part of a series of environmental events held in the framework of the Green Generation Campaign organized by the FPWC (Foundation for the Preservation of Wildlife and Cultural Assets) in partnership with Armenia’s leading mobile operator. The peak point of the Green Generation Campaign will be a solemn tree planting ceremony in Armenian Genocide Memorial park. On April 22, 95 trees will be planted in commemoration of Genocide victims. Volunteering for tree planting activities on regular basis, VivaCell-MTS employees are guided by belief that to create a better future for Armenia's next generations it's necessary to counter the ongoing deforestation in the country with as much tree planting activities as possible. VivaCell-MTS will also gift a book featuring memoirs of Genocide witnesses to the AGMI. ![]() ![]() As a result of floods in Armenia’s northern Lori and Tavush provinces, 17 bridges, including five large ones, have collapsed.
