 Archbishop Vosgan Kalpakian awarded with Marshal Baghramyan medal July 29, 2010 - 19:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Archbishop Vosgan Kalpakian was awarded with Marshal Baghramyan medal by the decree of RA Defence Minister Seyran Ohanyan. The award was bestowed for significant contribution to strengthening of RA Armed Forces defence capacity and support to Armenian students of Greek military schools, military attache of Armenian Embassy in Greece and Cyprus reported.
