Professional and amateur cooks to demonstrate skills in Armenia-hosted barbeque festival

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia will be hosting a barbeque festival to promote development of tourism and rebirth of national culinary traditions.

“The idea to organize a festival was prompted by a wish to familiarize the public with traditional Armenian cuisine and discover forgotten recipes,” the head of Preservation and Development of Armenian Cuisine Traditions NGO Sedrak Mamulyan told a news conference on September 14.

Both professional and amateur cooks are invited to demonstrate their skills in the festival.
