  Artsakh Speaker: Defense Army ready to withstand Azeri provocative acts June 10, 2011 - 16:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Speaker of the Nagorno Karabakh National Assembly Ashot Ghulyan said the last statement of the OSCE Minsk Group is addressed to the party, which initiated provocative actions recently. Asked whether Azerbaijan is likely to venture upon provocations prior or after the Kazan meeting, Ghulyan told journalists in Yerevan: “The NKR Defense Army is always ready to withstand Azeri provocative acts.
