  VKontakte social network to be transferred to vk.com top level domain  June 15, 2011 - 16:56 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - VKontakte major Russian social network will be fully transferred from vkontakte.ru Russian domain to vk.com top level domain within a month, VKontakte CEO Pavel Durov said in his blog post. Listing benefits of the new domain the CEO noted, “the new domain is more user and mobile-friendly, easier developed and better designed.” At present, the service is supported at both domains; domain name change won’t extend to the logo and brand of the social network.
