Armenian MP: speaking about concessions on Karabakh erroneous June 23, 2011 - 12:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - It is naive and wrong for Armenia to speak about return of territories to Azerbaijan, until the latter changes its aggressive policy, according to the chairman of the Armenian standing parliamentary committee on defense, national security and internal affairs. “It is a mistake, a catastrophic mistake to speak about concessions,” Hrayr Karapetyan told a press conference in Yerevan, adding that ceding territories would only raise the danger of war. The MP also noted that Nagorno Karabakh should be engaged in the negotiation process to achieve a final resolution of the conflict. “It is impossible to settle the conflict without involvement of Karabakh in talks,” he emphasized.
