Tigran Davtyan explains poor use of on-line registration by slow adjustment to changes

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Minister of Economy Tigran Davtyan explained the unsatisfactory results in on-line registration of new businesses by psychological inertia and slow adjustment to changes.

A government-implemented electronic system for the registration of new businesses allows completing the procedure within 15 minutes.

The Minister further urged for joint government-media work to increase society’s awareness of newly-implemented registration system.

The Minister cited a transfer to e-payment for utilities as an example of constructive use of internet services.
