CBA: Leader payment system threatens stability of Armenia’s financial system

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Council of Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) announced the permit for membership in Leader international payment system null and void at July 11 sitting.

As the CBA press service reports, the Central Bank found out that starting from 2008, the Leader cjsc non-banking credit organization from time to time suspended service of some regional offices of the system bank-members operating throughout the territory of Armenia.
