Foursquare added new changes to its iPhone app

PanARMENIAN.Net - Foursquare updated its iPhone application. Now the new notification tray is available, Foursquare Blog reports.

Notification tray alerts user when a friend comments on one of user’s check-ins, when there are new comments or photos on a check-in user have commented on; when friend does one of the Tips user left, when user and a friend both have the same place on To-Do List, when a place user is at starts swarming, when one of Facebook friends joins foursquare or when user is ousted as Mayor.

At the top of the screen, there’s a handy number telling if user have any new notifications.

Foursquare is also testing out a new version of venue pages. This page is a bit more interesting and makes it easier for user to leave photos, tips, or add a place to “To-Do List”.
