The latest interview of Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov given to the agency Interfax was another attempt to shift the blame for the unsettled Karabakh conflict onto Armenia. The Azeri FM said nothing new during the lengthy interview, except for the fact that at least five times the diplomat spoke of withdrawal of Armenian forces from districts making up the safety zone of Artsakh. Mammadyarov believes that this done, everything else will solve itself out.
