General Meeting resolved to increase the number of directors (members of the AmCham Board of Directors) from 8 to 12. The General Meeting elected Edward Mouradian of the Prudence Law Firm as the new AmCham President. Former President David Atanessian of First Mortgage Company Armenia and Director Georgi Isayan of LTX-Credence Armenia were also elected to serve as the First and Second Vice Presidents, respectively. The General Meeting then elected the following new directors: Ararat Ghukasyan of Byblos Bank, Diana Ghazaryan of Booz Allen Hamilton, David Davtian of Cigar Aristocrat, David Sargsyan of the Ameria Group of Companies, Gagik Arzumanyan of the Armenian Copper Program, Garnik Tonoyan of Cascade Insurance, Karen Zakaryan of NASDAQ OMX, Heiko Kreisel of Zeppelin Armenia, and Tigran Gasparyan of KPMG.
