Heritage will support ANC urge for uprising – party memberOctober 6, 2011 - 14:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc will have Heritage’s support, should the Congress urge civil uprising, Heritage opposition party member stated. “Heritage is ready to support any initiative aimed at resolving current social and domestic issues,” Armen Martirosyan told a news conference in Yerevan. The politician, however, excluded the possibility of recurrence of March 1, 2008 events, the ruling regime having no resources to repeat such steps. Martirosyan believes all methods of struggle, envisaged by Constitution or supported by common sense, to be acceptable. “Even a revolt can be an acceptable measure, if that’s the last resort of people who used every legal means to defend their rights,” Martorosyan stressed.
