Amazon launches Kindle Owners' Lending LibraryNovember 3, 2011 - 13:19 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Amazon has launched the Kindle Owners' Lending Library, which allows Amazon Prime members to check out up to one e-book a month for free with no due date, CNET reports. Amazon has more than 30 million e-books. But The Virtual Library of Amazon will contain over 5,000 e-book including more than 100 Bestsellers. Amazon says that just as with any other Kindle book, the notes, highlights and bookmarks in borrowed books will be saved, "so you'll have them later if you purchase or re-borrow the book." The user can have one book out at a time and when he/she wants to borrow a new book, it’s possible to "return" any previously borrowed title right from the device. An Amazon Prime membership costs $79 a year and also gives a free access to Amazon's Prime Instant video service.
