First online science library launched in Armenia November 29, 2011 - 12:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today, November 29, National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (NAS RA) hosted presentation ceremony of the first online science library in Armenia armeniavsl.org. According to NAS RA president Radik Martirosyan, this project will foster development of online magazines. US Ambassador to Armenia John Heffern, who also attended the event, noted that the project will enable foreign scientists to familiarize themselves with the works by their Armenian colleagues and the opposite. Armeniavsl.org is open to Armenian and international scientific institutions, which registering in the online library may use over 3 million research articles.
