Orange launches technical support call service for smartphone users

PanARMENIAN.Net - From now on smartphone users can get technical support for their smartphone not only in Orange Care corners at Orange shops, but also through a new direct call service, Orange Armenia said in a press release.

In order to use it, customers have to dial 500 from their Orange number. The company specialists will help customers set up web and email access, synchronize and backup a device, configure mail, language, keyboard, date settings etc. The service is paid: the cost per minute is AMD 150, with per second billing applied.

Bruno Duthoit, Orange Armenia CEO, said: “Simultaneously with fast popularization of smartphones and other sophisticated devices, Orange wants to be the digital coach of its customers. We understand the role we can play in everyday life of our customers by assisting them and giving the possibility to use all possibilities of their “intelligent” devices.”
