PanARMENIAN.Net - The newly-appointed Kuwaiti ambassador Bassam Mohammed Al-Qabandi submitted credentials to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.

The President congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment, noting cooperation with Gulf states as important to Armenia.

The Ambassador, in turn, pledged to take every effort to promote bilateral relations.

In conclusion, the parties mutually stressed the importance of interparliamentary ties and cooperation in the framework of international organisations, presidential press service reported.
