Aram I meets with Armenian ambassador to Lebanon February 1, 2012 - 18:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On January 31, Armenian ambassador to Lebanon Ashot Kocharian met with the Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia, His Holiness Aram I in his office. Catholicos Aram I and the ambassador talked about the forthcoming International Conference on Genocide organized by the Catholicosate from February 23 to 25, 2012. They also discussed the recent visit of the Foreign Minister of Turkey to Lebanon and issues related to Armenia-Diaspora relations. At the end of the meeting, His Holiness Aram I congratulated the Armenia’s national army on the occasion of its 20th anniversary.
