  Gazprombank to boost Areximbank’s charter capital February 8, 2012 - 13:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In 2012 Gazprombank OAO plans to boost charter capital of Areximbank-Gazprombank Group CJSC by USD 10 mln. The bank’s financial development plan stipulates replenishment of its charter capital by USD 10 mln. at the expense of Russian Gazprombank through additional shares,” the bank’s press service reported. As ofJanuary 1, 2012 Areximbank-Gazprombank Group CJSC gross capital totaled AMD 15,710,567 thous.increasing by AMD 829,991 thous. (5,6%) compared with the same period of 2011. The charter capital amounted to AMD 12,347, 279 thous. by yearend.
