According to Mr. Balayan, this is subsequent disinformation my Azeri media outlets. “Talks on Karabakh resolution are held through OSCE Minsk Group’s mediation, with no proposals submitted by other institutions,” he said, adding that EU backs OSCE MG efforts aimed at conflict settlement.
