  Armenian President sends congratulatory note on International Women's Day March 8, 2012 - 13:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan issued a congratulatory statement on the occasion of March 8, International Women's Day. “Dear women, I congratulate you on the Women’s Day and wish you happiness, good luck, healthy and strong families. I am glad to see increased participation of women in all spheres of our country and public activities. At the same time, Armenian women maintain their traditional role and unique precious features.
