The delegation included Michael Cazarian (Lyon), Pascal Chamassian (Marseille), Alexis Govciyan, Mourad Papazian and Ara Toranian (Paris), French journalist Jean Eckian told PanARMENIAN.Net Mr. Hollande reiterated his willingness to penalize denial of the Armenian Genocide.
